关于开展2021-2022学年第一学期

期初教学工作检查的通知


各二级学院,各部门

根据《泰山学院教学检查实施办法》(泰院政发〔201916号)要求及学校教学安排,现将有关事项通知如下。

一、学院自查

(一)自查方式

1.各学院成立教学检查小组,对期初教学工作准备及运行情况进行全面检查。

2.各学院领导班子需在本学院随机听课,及时反馈意见。

(二)自查内容

1.上学期试卷批改、整理和装订情况;

2.上学期各类教学档案的归档情况;

3.开课前相应的教学保障情况(主要包括教室清洁卫生状况,教室灯光、桌椅是否完好,教学多媒体设备运行是否正常等);

4.教材是否领取、发放到位;

5.任课教师到位情况及课堂教学准备情况;

6.本学院教学秩序检查(教师到岗、学生到课、课堂秩序等情况)。

二、学校检查

(一)检查方式

学校成立检查小组对各学院学期初教学运行情况进行全面检查。

(二)检查内容

1.抽查各学院2021届毕业生论文,上一学期试卷批改、装订、各类教学档案归档情况(抽查方法参照教学评价试卷抽查办法,抽查时间:开学第3周左右)。

2.开学第1周全校师生上课情况,检查内容包括:

1)任课教师到位及课堂教学准备情况;

2)学生到课情况、课堂秩序情况;

3)教室教学环境情况、多媒体运行情况; 4)课表(课程、时间、教师、教室)的执行情况;

5)教风、学风等情况。

三、有关要求

1.请各二级学院严格执行各项教学管理文件,规范教学秩序,切实做好常规教学管理,确保期初教学工作正常运行。

2.请各学院认真组织期初教学工作检查,及时发现问题,采取可行的整改措施,并且根据疫情防控要求,落实好期初教学工作。
